Terms of Service for PraxisLab

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between TechArt Society s.r.o., as the operator of the PraxisLab service, and the user of this service. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator of the PraxisLab service (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) and any individual who uses the web application or related services (hereinafter referred to as the User). By using the web application, submitting a form, or ordering a service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Nature of the Service

PraxisLab is an analytical and diagnostic platform focused on evaluating users' readiness for technical and professional roles, structuring preparation, and providing supportive analytical outputs. The services provided within PraxisLab are informational, diagnostic, and analytical in nature. This is not an educational program, recruitment agency, employment intermediation, legal advice, investment advice, or any other regulated activity.

Free Diagnostic

Initial diagnostic tools and outputs may be provided free of charge. The free diagnostic serves exclusively for an indicative assessment of the User's situation and to suggest possible directions for further work. The free diagnostic does not constitute a complete preparation plan or an individual professional service. The Operator reserves the right to change, limit, or completely discontinue the scope of the free diagnostic at any time.

Paid Services

Some PraxisLab services may be provided for a fee. Paid services may include, in particular, extended analytical outputs, individual preparation strategies, performance or evaluation processes, professional assessment, or participation in challenge-based models. The scope, content, and price of paid services are always communicated to the User before ordering. If the User pays for a service, this payment is for the provision of the service itself, not for achieving a specific result.

Limitation of Warranties

The Operator expressly does not represent or guarantee that the use of PraxisLab services will lead to obtaining employment, successfully passing a job interview, achieving a specific financial reward, establishing cooperation with third parties, or any other specific result. Any references to job roles, opportunities, markets, companies, or types of positions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a job offer, promise of cooperation, or commitment from a third party.

User Responsibility

The User acknowledges that all decisions made based on PraxisLab outputs are made at their own responsibility. The Operator is not liable for User decisions, further career steps, potential loss of opportunities, lost profits, or any other direct or indirect damages that may arise in connection with the use of the Platform.

Community Elements

The Platform may contain anonymized, aggregated, or indirect community elements that serve to provide context, identify patterns, or signal trends. These elements do not constitute individual recommendations, advice from other users, or binding positions of the Operator. The User acknowledges that community or collective information serves exclusively for orientation and cannot be considered specific guidance for action.

Intellectual Property

All content of the Platform, including texts, methodologies, process structures, analytical models, visualizations, and other elements, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Operator or third parties who have granted consent. The User is not authorized to copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Changes to Service and Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify, expand, limit, or discontinue some services at any time, even without prior notice. The Operator also reserves the right to change or update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version of the Terms of Service is always available on the Platform website and is binding on the User from the moment of publication.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Platform or these Terms of Service will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
